Our meeting rooms at both Prospect Studios and Lightspace are built for conversations that matter, whether you’re hosting a client, running a workshop, or just need a screen and a whiteboard that actually work.
Need a larger space? Loyal Hope is a considered creative space designed for photographers, podcasters and brands who value atmosphere as much as output. Abundant natural light, onsite stylinng and adaptable zone make it easy to create work that feels honest, elevated and timeless. Each hire has exclusive use.
Each space includes a large table, HD screen or projector, whiteboard, and fast Wi-Fi. There’s natural light, enough chairs for the whole crew, and a serious espresso machine just steps away.
Hire by the hour, half-day or full-day. We keep it flexible so you can stay focused.

Prospect Studios Loft Space
A room built for inspiration seating up to twelve, this loft space will have your team buzzing with ideas. Equipped with a TV, whiteboard, and just the right amount of creative energy. Ideal for team catch-ups, client meetings or brainstorms that need space to flow. Members $75+GST/hour, non-members $150+GST/hour. Minimum 2 hour hire.
Rates: $150+GST/hour. Max 12 guests.
Prospect Studios Outside Deck
A relaxed outdoor meeting spot surrounded by greenery and natural light. Seating for six, ideal for casual catch-ups, team lunches, or brainstorming sessions in the fresh air. Members have free meeting room access (max 1 hour per day). Minimum 2 hour hire.
Rates: $50 +GST/hour (min 2 hours) or $300+GST/day

Downstairs Meeting Room
From April 2026... A flexible, open-plan space built for larger gatherings, workshops, and presentations. Featuring a solid wall perfect for projection, adaptable furniture, and room to move — it easily transitions from strategy sessions to creative team days. Members have free meeting room access (max 1 hour per day). Minimum 2 hour hire.
Rates: $50 +GST/hour (min 2 hours) or $300+GST/day
